Prayer Journal

Prayer does not require perfect words. It requires a willing heart.

The Men’s Prayer Journal was created to help men build a more intentional prayer life without turning time with God into another checklist. It offers thoughtful guidance alongside generous writing space, allowing every prayer to remain personal, honest, and led by God.

The journal introduces the PRAISE model:

• Praise: Honor God for who He is.

• Repent: Confess sin and seek forgiveness.

• Ask: Bring your needs before God.

• Intercede: Pray faithfully for others.

• Surrender: Submit your plans and desires to His will.

• Express Thanks: Remember His goodness and provision.

These prompts are invitations, not requirements. Some days your prayer may move through every part. Other days, one need, one confession, one person, or even one sentence may be enough.

Inside the Journal

• Daily One-on-Ones: Open space for regular prayer, reflection, and honest conversation with God.

• Remember: Opportunities to recognize God’s goodness, provision, and faithfulness.

• Lord, Lead Me: Guided prayers addressing wisdom, courage, responsibility, provision, sacrificial love, self-control, humility, perseverance, and trust.

• Lifted in Prayer: Dedicated space to record the people and needs you want to continue bringing before God.

• Looking Back: Pages for reflecting on answered prayers, unexpected blessings, lessons learned, continuing needs, and evidence of God’s work.

• Encouragements: Thoughtful teaching on the Lord’s Prayer, seeking God’s will, and remaining faithful when God seems silent.

This is not a journal about finding the right words or following a perfect formula. It is an invitation to come before God honestly, seek Him faithfully, lift your prayers to Him, and remember what He has done.
